I have always had a love for floral design.  In 2022 I found myself as a new empty nester with time on my hands, and a need to nurture something.  I decided to try growing one of my all time favorite flowers, dahlias!
I was thrilled with the adventure of learning how to grow from tuber and from seed and marveled at the results.  Newfound Gardens was established and has been expanded for each of the following 2 years.  Along with Dahlias I also now grow specialty tulips, ranunculus, anemone and many special summer annuals.  Growing from seed allows me to discover new varieties not often available at the local garden stores

I enjoy sharing the joy that flowers bring with my friends, family, and community.
